Gatare is a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience designing and developing user-focused products for companies and brands. He enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and has a knack for facilitating collaborative workshops some of which he consulted for UN Agencies and International Organizations in matters of Digitalization.

On top of co-founding a startup, he has been building a community of Developers in Bujumbura that is now 300+ creatives - Google Developer Group Bujumbura He has previously worked with tech communities in Kenya where he studied, Tanzania and the United States giving talks and evangelizing new technologies.

He majored in Computer Science, and found his way into Project Management and hasn't looked back since. At least till now.

When it comes to design and development values, intentional design is essential to Gatare. He prioritizes designing quality experiences that add value to those who interact with it. When He isn’t working or writing his thoughts out, He’s probably playing Volleyball or hitch hiking.
